Contact

The simplest way to reach us is by email at contact@minecraft-hosts.com. There is no contact form: write to us directly and include as much detail as you can so we can answer quickly.

Data corrections

If you notice outdated or incorrect information about a provider or a plan, please tell us which provider and which data point is concerned.

If you represent a hosting provider, please include the URL of the official page that shows the correct information (pricing page, plan page, documentation or terms). We only publish data we can trace back to an official public source, so a link lets us verify the change and update the entry, along with its verification date. You can read how data is collected on the methodology page.

Provider listing requests

Hosting providers can ask to be added to the comparator. Listing is free and never depends on an affiliate agreement. To help us review your request, send:

• your company name and website
• links to your public pricing and plan pages
• links to your terms of service and refund policy

Providers are listed on the basis of their published data. We do not accept payment for listing or for a better position in the list.

Partnerships

For partnership proposals, describe what you have in mind in your email. Any commercial relationship remains subject to our rule that affiliate links and partnerships never influence which providers are listed, the filters or the sort order. See our affiliate disclosure.

Press

Journalists and content creators can contact us at the same address with their questions.

Your data

Emails you send are used only to answer your message. More information is available in our privacy policy.
