Our review
Analysis written by Valentin for Minecraft Hosts from the plans and information published by Sparked Host, checked on October 9, 2026. This is not a hands-on test.
Verdict
Sparked Host sells Minecraft in three ranges: Budget at 1.00 USD per GB on old dual Xeons, Enterprise at 2.59 USD per GB and Extreme at 4.00 USD per GB on Ryzen CPUs. A 24-hour free trial and Bedrock on every plan are clear pluses. The catch is consistency: the CPU named on each card ("Ryzen 9 7900 or equivalent") differs from the per-location hardware list, and refunds are discretionary.
Pros
Three ranges from 1.00 USD per GB (Budget) to 4.00 USD per GB (Extreme)
24-hour free trial on a 4 GB server, one per customer
Java and Bedrock on the same plans, with Nukkit, PocketMine-MP and Endstone
Enterprise and Extreme include 100 to 250 GB NVMe and 3 backup slots
Free help to move a server from another host
Limitations
CPU depends on the location: Enterprise ranges from Ryzen 5 7600 to Ryzen 9 7950X
Budget runs on dual Xeon E5 v2 to v4 CPUs with SSD, backups extra
No guaranteed refund period, refunds at the company's discretion within 24 hours
Panel described both as Apollo and as Pterodactyl
Prices in US dollars, tax status not stated
Best for
Testing before paying: a 24-hour free trial is offered on 4 GB servers
Mixed Java and Bedrock groups: Bedrock, Nukkit and PocketMine-MP on the same plans
Tiny servers: Enterprise starts at 1.30 USD for 512 MB
Less suited if
You want a money-back guarantee: refunds are discretionary and limited to 24 hours
You want the CPU named on the card everywhere: hardware varies by city
You want a European choice: Paris is the only European location for most ranges
Pricing and billing
Budget costs 1.00 USD per GB (4 GB for 4.00 USD a month), Enterprise 2.59 USD per GB (4 GB for 10.36 USD) and Extreme 4.00 USD per GB up to 16 GB (4 GB for 16.00 USD), dropping to 3.44 USD per GB on the 32 GB plan (110 USD). Prices are in US dollars with no tax mention. Longer billing cuts the price by up to 19% on Enterprise, 20% on Extreme and 25% on Budget for a year. Add-ons include a dedicated IP or port (4.00 USD a month), extended support (5.00 USD) and Discord ticket support (3.00 USD).
Performance
Enterprise cards name an AMD Ryzen 9 7900 "or equivalent" (4,120 PassMark single-thread points), Extreme a Ryzen 9 9900X "or equivalent" (4,672), both with DDR5 and RAID 1 NVMe. The hardware page shows the real spread: Enterprise runs on anything from a Ryzen 7 5700X (Dallas, DDR4) to a Ryzen 9 7950X (Ashburn), and Extreme on a Ryzen 9 7900 in Miami and Paris. Budget uses dual Xeon E5 v2 to v4 CPUs with DDR4 and SSD. Plans get 2 to 4.5 vCPU and unlimited player slots.
Minecraft features
Every plan can run Java Edition, Vanilla Bedrock, Nukkit, PocketMine-MP or Endstone, and the page cites Forge, Fabric, Spigot and Sponge support with one-click modpack and plugin installers. The Apollo panel adds a server splitter (slots from 6 GB on Enterprise), a server importer and a reverse proxy; the store descriptions call it a Pterodactyl panel. Enterprise and Extreme include 3 daily backup slots, while Budget backups cost 1.00 to 1.75 USD a month. FTP and SFTP access and free MySQL databases are included.
Support and guarantees
Support is offered around the clock through tickets, with live chat for quick questions and a community Discord. The terms of service do not include a money-back guarantee for Minecraft: a refund is only considered within 24 hours, at the company's discretion, when a documented technical problem cannot be fixed. A 24-hour free trial, one per customer, partly makes up for it. Free migration help is offered. The operator is Sparked Host LLC, registered in Utah, active since 2017.

Checked on 2026-10-09 on sparkedhost.com: Minecraft page (Enterprise and Extreme plans, read from the page data), Budget Minecraft page, Bedrock page, Hardware & Locations page, About page, contact page and terms of service, plus the billing.sparkedhost.com store (Budget, Enterprise, Extreme and Free Trials categories, 4 GB order pages).
Ranges: the main Minecraft page sells Enterprise (2.59 USD per GB, 15 plans from 512 MB to 26 GB) and Extreme (4.00 USD per GB on the card, 15 plans from 1 to 32 GB; above 16 GB the price per GB drops: 20 GB 75 USD, 24 GB 90 USD, 32 GB 110 USD). A separate Budget page sells 13 plans from 1 to 22 GB at 1.00 USD per GB. Plan names (Asteroid, Pluto…) are reused across ranges with different RAM. Prices are in USD (the store also offers CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, BRL, NZD and INR) with no tax mention: taxStatus "unknown". A "Fall Sale" banner is shown, but no discount or code appears on the plan prices or in the store.
Longer billing differs by range (4 GB order pages): Enterprise 4%, 12% and 19% off for 3, 6 and 12 months (10.36 USD monthly, 99.46 USD a year), Extreme 5%, 12% and 20% (153.60 USD a year), Budget 10%, 18% and 25% (36.00 USD a year). The Enterprise values are recorded in billingDiscounts.
CPU: the plan cards say "AMD Ryzen 9 7900 or equivalent" (Enterprise), "AMD Ryzen 9 9900X or equivalent" (Extreme) and "Dual Xeon E5-2698v4" (Budget); these values are recorded. The Hardware & Locations page lists other models per location: Enterprise uses a Ryzen 5 7600 (Miami, Paris), Ryzen 7 5700X (Dallas), Ryzen 7 7700 (Salt Lake City, Sydney, Helsinki), Ryzen 9 7950X (Ashburn), Ryzen 7 5800X (Singapore) and Xeon E-2386G (Mumbai); Extreme a Ryzen 9 7900 (Miami, Paris), Ryzen 9 7900X (Dallas), Ryzen 9 9900X (Salt Lake City, Ashburn, Sydney) and EPYC 4344P (Singapore); Budget dual Xeon E5-2697v4, E5-2697v3, E5-2690 v2, E5-2680v4 or E5-2698 v4 depending on the city. The free trial cards cite yet other CPUs (Ryzen 3700X, Core i9-10900K, Xeon E5-2690v2).
vCores and storage are read from the plan data (for example Enterprise 4 GB: 3 vCPU, 100 GB NVMe; Extreme: 250 GB NVMe; Budget: 10 to 100 GB SSD, RAID 1/10). Enterprise and Extreme include 3 backup slots (3 days); on Budget backups are a paid option (1.00 to 1.75 USD a month for 3 to 7 slots), so the backup field is left empty for Budget plans.
Locations: the page advertises "9 Locations" in its header and "8+ global locations" further down, and lists 11 cities (Miami, Dallas, Salt Lake City, Ashburn, Paris, Helsinki, Vienna, London, Singapore, Mumbai, Sydney). Orderable per the plan data: Budget 6 (Ashburn, Dallas, Paris, Salt Lake City, Miami, Sydney), Enterprise 9 (the same plus Vienna, Singapore, Mumbai; Vienna was absent from the 4 GB order page), Extreme 7 (the Budget six plus Singapore). Helsinki and London are not offered for Minecraft orders: not recorded.
Panel: the site presents the in-house "Apollo Panel" as exclusive to Sparked Host, but the Enterprise and Extreme store descriptions say "Intuitive Pterodactyl Panel" (Budget: "Apollo Control Panel"): Pterodactyl field left empty. Server types in the order form: Java Edition, Vanilla Bedrock, Nukkit, PocketMine-MP and Endstone; the page cites Forge, Fabric, Spigot and Sponge and a one-click modpack installer. Free trial: 24 hours on a 4 GB Budget, Enterprise, Extreme or Bedrock server, one per customer, no backups.
Support and refunds: tickets are the primary channel, with live chat for pre-sales and quick issues and a Discord community; ticket support inside Discord is a paid add-on (3.00 USD a month). The terms of service grant refunds only at the company's discretion, when a documented technical issue cannot be solved, on a request made within 24 hours of the transaction: no guaranteed money-back period, refund delay left empty. Free transfer help from another host is offered. Company: Sparked Host LLC, registered in Utah (USA), founded in 2017; the business number reads 13302459-0160 in the terms and 133002459-0160 on the contact page.
